Alchemy Gothic came to life in 1977 in Leicester when it was started by amateur artists and sculptors Geoff Kayson and Trevor Phillipson. Geoff started making jewellery with a punk statement and got the brand selling in local shops and gigs. The two got together and became a roaring success, with bands asking them for bespoke tour merchandise. More than 35 years later, they are stronger than ever.
